Refund and Cancellation Policy

This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the procedures under which Pradhan Industries (“we”, “us”, or “our”) manages cancellations, returns, and refunds for products (such as minerals and finished goods) and services (such as engineering contracts and consultancy) offered to our clients.
1. General Policy Overview
Due to the nature of our operations, which involve custom manufacturing, material sourcing, and long-term contracts, all sales and service agreements are generally considered final and non-refundable unless otherwise specified in a legally binding, signed Master Service Agreement (MSA), Purchase Order (PO), or Sales Contract.
This policy serves as a general guideline and is superseded by the specific terms outlined in any executed contract between Pradhan Industries and the client.
2. Product Sales (Materials and Goods)
1. Cancellation Before Shipment:
- Orders for standard in-stock materials may be cancelled if written notice is received and confirmed by Pradhan Industries before the material has been dispatched from our facility.
- A cancellation fee, typically 5% of the total order value, may be applied to cover administrative and preparation costs.
- Orders involving custom grades, bespoke manufacturing, or materials already processed specifically for the client cannot be cancelled once production has begun.
2. Refunds Due to Non-Conformity:
- Refunds or replacements will only be considered if the delivered product does not conform to the specifications and quality standards agreed upon in the Purchase Order or Sales Contract.
- The client must provide written notice of non-conformity, including supporting documentation (e.g., third-party lab reports, photographic evidence), within 7 days of receiving the delivery.
- Approved refunds will be processed based on the volume or value of the non-conforming goods returned to and verified by Pradhan Industries.
3. Service Agreements (Contracts & Consultancy)
1. Contract Termination:
- Termination of any long-term service contract (e.g., engineering, installation, project management) is governed exclusively by the termination clauses specified within the respective Master Service Agreement (MSA) or formal contract document.
- Termination typically requires 30 days written notice, and the client will be invoiced for all work performed and costs incurred up to the date of termination.
2. Refund of Retainer/Deposit:
- Initial retainers or deposits are generally non-refundable as they cover essential upfront costs, project initiation, resource allocation, and mobilization.
- Any residual funds from a retainer, after deducting all accrued, unbilled time, expenses, and a contractually defined cancellation fee, will be returned to the client within 90 days following formal contract closure.
