1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing the website of Pradhan Industries or placing an order for our graphite products, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms apply to all business transactions, quotations, and technical consultations provided by our corporate office in Bhubaneswar, Odisha.
2. Product Quality & Specifications
Pradhan Industries specializes in high-purity graphite. Please note:
- All technical specifications (Carbon content, Ash content, Moisture, and Mesh Size) provided in quotations are based on batch-specific analysis.
- A Certificate of Analysis (COA) is issued with every export shipment to ensure transparency.
- Minor variations in natural flake graphite are subject to geological factors, but will always stay within the agreed-upon tolerance levels.
3. Quotations & Pricing
Prices for graphite products are subject to global market trends and raw material availability. Unless stated otherwise, quotations are valid for 7 business days. All prices are calculated based on Incoterms 2020 (FOB, CIF, or CFR) as specified in the formal proforma invoice.
4. Payment & Export Documentation
For international orders, we adhere to strict financial protocols:
- Payments are typically processed via Irrevocable Letter of Credit (L/C) at sight or Advance Telegraphic Transfer (T/T).
- Shipment will commence only after the verification of payment instruments.
- Clients are responsible for all import duties and local taxes in the destination country.
5. Shipping & Delivery
We partner with leading global logistics providers to ensure timely delivery. However, Pradhan Industries is not liable for delays caused by port congestion, shipping line rescheduling, or customs clearance procedures at the destination port.
6. Intellectual Property
The technical data, brand logo, and content on this website are the intellectual property of Pradhan Industries. Unauthorized use of our TDS (Technical Data Sheets) or product images for third-party commercial purposes is strictly prohibited.
